IN breath: Peace for (me, neighbors, earthlings, all beings)
OUT breath: Relaxing
In Breath: Knowledge for (me, neighbors, earthlings, all beings)
Out Breath: Relaxing
In Breath: Serenity for ( me, neighbors, earthlings, all beings)

Instruction
Today, we will use the right side of the Code to root our practice, while using the Force as a carrier wave to send blessings, or if you prefer, good wishes out to the Universe. Although it is possible to use the entire line of the Code, for our purposes today, we will focus on the right side, as it is easier to use in this context.
The first line of the Code is emotion, yet peace. We will use the word peace to generate sensations of peace within ourselves first, then to our neighbors, to earthlings, and finally to all beings in all worlds. Let’s break down the practice line for peace
IN breath: Peace for (me, neighbors, earthlings, all beings)
OUT breath: Relaxing
In Breath: Breathe in.
Peace for me: We begin our practice with ourselves first. We want to put ourselves in a state of peace before sending peace out to others.
Out Breath: As you exhale, relax as best as you can. If you can feel the Force, feel it filling you up to the top of your head. You don’t have to visualize it or, focus on doing it, just notice the sensations and then relax as you exhale.
In Breath: Breathe in again
Peace for neighbors: Now that we have filled ourselves with peaceful energy, send that energy outward to your housemates, then to your neighborhood. If you can’t actually feel the Force, don’t worry about it. The Force knows where to go.
Out breath: exhale and relax.
In Breath: Peace to earthlings Extend peace outwards throughout the Earth, lavishing all beings on the planet with peace.
Out breath: Exhale and relax
In Breath: Peace to all beings. Extend peace outwards to all beings of all worlds. It doesn’t matter if we believe alien life exists, just send out the energy, and again, the Force will know what to do.
Now, do the same thing to each exercise, moving through knowledge, serenity, harmony and the Force. Begin with yourself, then move your awareness to your neighbors, to earthlings, and finally to all beings. Do each one for one breath each. You can, when you become more acquainted with the practice, extend it out to four breaths or more. For for learning purposes, just one breath will do. Do this practice twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening for seven days. Notice the results in your training journal.
