Purpose
These assignments are for those who are looking to be knighted. Being a Jedi isn’t just feeling the Force for a few minutes a day and attending a class once a week or bi monthly. Jediism is a way of life. It is practiced both at home, at work, with friends, at a party, driving, and in public. Through these assignments you will learn how to act, talk, and think like a Jedi. The list includes a variety of tasks to help you develope different skills and interests. Remember a Jedi is well educated and independent and these tasks encourage that. The reason to post your tasks to the Jedi groups is to show your progress and inspire others to train. Take your time and do them the best you can. While there is no due date, you can’t be knighted until you complete at least 15 assignments. You may do 2 paid assignments to count as 6 “credits” out of your 15 ( two paid assignments and 9 free assignments as listed below). If you can’t do one due to a physical restraint please see one of the teachers and they will help you. If you are asked why you are doing a task by a non Jedi you can say it’s for a charity/ educational group/ school project/ I just want to become a better person.
Disclaimer: These assignments are not meant to put you in danger or cause you suffering. If you find yourself in danger please stop doing the activity, find help if need be, and alert one of the teachers.
Warning: You may not count past activities. You must do each one starting from the first day of training. You are here to practice and show off your work, not find shortcuts and cheats.
For those who don’t want to be knighted, but to be more immersed, you are certainly welcome to pick and choose what you want to do and write up a short report on it. It inspires other to seek training!
