One of the first meditations taught in the Jedi Community was the Calming Breath Meditation.
It’s not actually original Jedi material, and in fact is used even in clinical environments. It’s origins seem to be from the Yoga Rhythmic Breathing. Below is a video discussing the breathing technique and how to do it. . It is 15 minutes long, but I hope you’ll gain something from it.
If for the one medical reason cited in the video below you cannot do Diaphragmatic Breathing, simply focus on your breath.
