Journaling comes in many forms. One of the most beneficial journaling techniques I’ve found is to simply let your hand write whatever comes to mind. You don’t think about what is being put on the paper, you just let your fingers fly. And then when you’re done, you read what you wrote and try to process what you have said. It’s like mixing Zazen and Journaling. Journaling has also been used in middle and high school classrooms to transform student’s interpersonal relationships.
