Everyone talks about the benefits of meditation, especially the kind that are classified as “deconstructive” (meditations which cause you to think inwardly, or witness that you are small compared to the universe). One reason a mixed batch of meditation tool is useful, is because your mood may render some meditation techniques quite damaging, while other meditations that focus on decompressing or building you up can help change that mood.
