Hi, and thank you for taking the time to read my bio.
If you are seeking a mentor, I encourage you to take your time and discern what kind of guidance you truly need. I’ve shared some thoughts on guidance in this video, where I speak more deeply about mentorship to other Knights that I think would be helpful for you to hear too.
At this time, I am not accepting new apprentices. I am currently working with a student, and I believe each apprentice deserves a teacher who is not spread too thin. That said, I am always open to conversation and thoughtful discussion. You are welcome to reach out to me on Discord.

Personality and Background

Personality:
I try very hard to be a steady center. I aspire to be a candle in the dark.
Strengths:
I’m not great. I’m not aspiring to greatness. I aspire to be what is needed.
Weaknesses:
I don’t always believe, really believe, the things I understand to be true. I have not yet carved the Jedi Path into my bones. There is time for all that, I hope.
Backstory:
I went to my first Jedi Gathering in 2014. It helped me to structure a language around spiritual ideas I had been touching for years. I’ve studied at TotJO and Jedi Living, as well as long stretches of independent study.
Motivation:
To rally around the vulnerable. To act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly, as in Micah 6:8. To sink into all things.

I focus on a heart-centered path in the Force, on practices rather than piling knowledge on top of knowledge.
